"Who Graced The Red Carpet of th Oscars?"

Well I missed most of the happenings due to my children not feeling well but I did get a glimpse at some gowns and was in awe of some so lets get to it. If it is not on my list does not mean I did not love or like it, just means it was not what I was looking for in an Oscar appropriate look. Yes I know I sound like  an Idol Judge.  Here are my favorite looks For the Oscars.

Hailey Steinfeld looked like a princess in Marchesa who can do no wrong when it comes to gowns!

Jennifer Hudson in Atelier Versace She is on my Best dressed list even if Joan Rivers doesn't put her on hers!!! Love the hair!!

So like I said earlier just because I did not put a dress up here does not mean I did not love or like it. In Hollywood there are themes and they should be stuck to at events like this. Glamor and glitter is what you get with any red carpet but it is even more important on a an Oscar red carpet. If you wonder why in Le Fash'ion language" Me Gucci" means to live , this is why because you live to look this good. Perfection, if there is such a thing Frida Giannini come very close. The well tailored loose trousers remnant of the seventies, and mixed with the vibrant colors of the eighties night life make for a well endowed hippie chic 21st century women. 

This makes me want to skip summer!!! Need I say perfection again?

I'm not the stan type but when I do like someones steelo I say so. For a while now Ms. Minaj has been air force 1 status. That is flying high. from her career moves to fashion evolution she is making her as a person a staple and she will be talked about in years to come. As an x generation grad I can not not mention the BEEF that has boiled to a head between her and among others but highly publicized  With Lady,"LiL KiM" All I will say as I have said on other blogs is it is what it is I don't like beef unless it is on a bun.Especially between women so I hope that Lil Kim and Nicki work this out on their own terms with out anyones knowledge, then dead it and move on. Now back to Le Fash'ion business. Posing is an art not all models have so it is good to see when models and artists who can model get it, because in Le Fash'ion le poise is tre manifique!!
I have seen several of her shoots and I must say that there may be more to come but this shoot in BlackBook magazine brings all her experience to a tier. I love that she is aware of her body and she like many were secretly listening to Tyra the Queen of posing. She understands the garment and what she should do for it. That is what my blog is about I don't care about ya momma and ya brother in jail  and who you slept with. Here I discuss who looks great, who made it great and who is rockin it to date. Just a tid bit, one day when my writing become popular look back in my archives and see that I predicted the fall of the skyscraper heels. Don't get me wrong I wish I could wear them all but I can't and I think while nothing really ever goes out of style but rotates; the dial is beginning to turn back to manageable heels case in point,  

Keisha Coles has on sensibly high yet major hot hot pink bootie heels! Nice!

I love a laid back look and Nicki looks comfortable in these leggings with the suede grey knee high boots. grey is another color that will be hot in the spring and summer it almost replaces Camel which is still going strong look for grey to pick up. I think great looks always start  with minimalist attitude even when you turn it up a few notches.
